Care & Cleaning Instructions:
First Use: Before using cookware for the first time, wash in warm, sudsy water, rinse and dry thoroughly. Low to medium heat settings are recommended for most cooking.
To preserve the fine coating, we recommend the use of wood or plastic tools.
Cleaning: Allow product to cool completely before washing.
Never immerse a hot product in cold water as this will cause irreparable warping. We recommend hand-wash only.
Do not use steel wool or nylon scrubbing pads that can damage the product. Clean the interior/outer surface of the product with a warm soapy water and a non-abrasive sponge and then dry with a soft towel.
